Friendly guy, seemed genuine. He was informative during the viewing process, made me aware of the easements on the property and recommended I get legal advice regarding a r.o.w for a park behind the property. Selling from a distance meant I was extremely reliant on Harry who was referred on to me but who I only ever dealt with via phone. It was important to me to deal with someone I felt I could trust and Harry from the get go seemed like that type of person and didn't disappoint. He was totally professional and reliable and always kept me in the loop when required. Harry made some good recommendations of trades people and staging companies to help me improve the look of my property for sale and I was exceptionally happy with the results. There were a couple of occasions when I needed Harry to work with others to resolve a couple of minor issues with the property and he was totally reliable and willing to help. Harry ran an excellent marketing campaign over a very short period of time resulting in a sale that exceeded my expectations in price and was unconditional.
