Alice was the best agent I could have hoped for! I 100% recommend her to anyone looking to sell a house in the Hutt. She knows the Hutt market really well and I knew I could trust her advice when it came to marketing the house. She gave us sensible and practical advice regarding work to do to make the house more appealing (but without going over the tope!). She kept us informed throughout the process, and I was very happy with the end result (the little lady big results tagline is completely true!). I think her lovely manner, emotional intelligence, integrity and communication skills really set her apart. I am a slightly anxious type and she put me at ease in what can be a very nerve-racking process.
