Maria (and John) are the easiest real estate agents to work with. Great knowledge. Friendly and helpful and honest. Great communication and support through the whole process. Couldn't have asked for better!

Mark is very professional, he has very good knowledge about the market, he was great at communicating during the whole process and has great sense of humour, cracked up few jokes too , easy to reach too. We would definitely recommend him for any sale purchase of properties in our area.

From the first moment of interaction with Shellene she was warm and knowledgeable. Shellene went the extra mile when researching our property prior to us signing with Professionals and demonstrated her focus on ensuring she had the best foundation of knowledge on the property to get the best price. During the start of our campaign we entered the level 4 Covid lockdown and throughout this time we were kept well informed and Shellene presented options for the campaign along the way. At the end of the campaign Shellene achieved a purchase price that we were really happy with. We would recommend Shellene and the Professionals team to our friends and family in the future.

We were impressed with Mark's professional manner at open homes we'd attended over the years and he didn't let us down when it came to selling our own house. We found Mark to be very personable, approachable and generally very pleasant to deal with. He put us at ease during a stressful time to sell (during COVID lockdown) with his knowledge of the Waterloo market and consistently good communication. If you're thinking of selling, or even buying, you can be sure that Mark will have your best interests at heart. Highly recommend.

Harry Lamb
We had a great experience with Harry Lamb, where he guided us for a successful purchase. Harry has been looking after our case since the beginning and we were super impressed with his skills. He has not only helped us with bids within Professionals but also when we asked him for help for houses outside the professional domain. He makes an effort to explain the process in great detail. His honesty and straight-up explanation is his biggest attribute, and it helped to manage our expectations during every bid. If I have to do this again, I will not swap Harry for anyone else. Strongly recommended as a real estate agent.

Alice came to our home when we started looking for a new home and was full of knowledge and advise, she is easy to communicate with, she assisted with every step of the way!

Having worked with Sam Govind after lockdown in 2020 (after raving reviews from my father dating back to the early 2000's) I knew who to call when I saw this property marketed through Professionals. At all times he went above and beyond expectation, and most importantly making sure I was aware of what was happening every step of the way. Always free for a chat (and a vent..), nothing was too much for Sam and with many years experience he kept me calm and provided professional, pragmatic and sound advice to make sure we got the deal across the line. I would recommend Sam to any buyer or seller. Sam - once again THANK YOU.
