As a first time home seller, I didn't really know what to expect from the process. I met with three agents and Alice impressed me with her professionalism, local market knowledge and her openness and honesty. Nothing was too much trouble and she explained things in a way that this house selling newbie could get his head around. She did a great job of marketing the property, the advertising material was well written and the photos and video looked great. She always promptly kept me up to date with buyer feedback from the open homes. If I had another house to sell I wouldn't hesitate to list it with Alice.
