Team Lamb - Harry and his assistant Sue Patel did the most amazing job with the sale of our property in Kaitoke. It definitely was not the easiest property to sell being lifestyle and a bit quirky, but their attention to detail, persistence, support and service was second to none. Harry kept us informed every step of the way, with detailed reports every week, and gently reminding us of things we needed to be doing. Sue went above and beyond with her fantastic communication and moral support, and we are so grateful to have got a really outstanding result. We hope the new owners will get as much joy out of the property as we did, and cannot recommend Team Lamb highly enough.

Forty years ago we bought our property at 33 Parnell Street. A young Mark Phillips was the agent we dealt with and it went very smoothly. Forty years on and Mark has just sold 33 Parnell Street to a new family. We chose Mark because of the 1983 purchase and we are happy with the way he guided us in through the process in a difficult market. Mark was great to deal with. He made the process of purchasing the house very smooth and was open and honest with us as the purchasers. He never made us feel pressured or like he was 'pushing us to buy' and was happy to answer all questions with a lot of detail and provided as much information as he could. We engaged Harry Lamb from the professionals to sell our place knowing it is a challenging market. And so we were looking for a good market assessment and dependable advice and someone we could trust. Harry responded promptly to our contact, met with us quickly and then gave us an excellent (and realistic) assessment and well put together marketing strategy by the following week. He was really professional. The strategy was spot on and generated interest very quickly. One of the key great experiences was Harry's investment in time with us, his attention to detail and personable contact. He put huge effort in and built up high trust very quickly. Always on time, always available, and communication was more than excellent. Harry was really good at managing relationships with all involved and we were very confident he represented us well (and very professionally) in all interactions. He is a stand out real estate agent. It became obvious as we progressed that preparation, communication with the purchaser and follow up on issues and other background work was done after hours on many occasions especially as we got closer to the sale.
