She took her time to walk us through every step of buying and selling, kept us updated throughout the whole process, and did it all with such confidence and kindness. She was also always there when we needed her, and genuinely went above and beyond with the support that she gave us - whether it was late night texts, a quick call to ask for advice, even organizing our building report for us when our inspector flaked - Alice was there for us quickly, efficiently and with total professionalism. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and she had a solution for everything. What really stood out to me is that she just gets people. She knew exactly how to present our home in a way that made buyers fall in love with it. The marketing package she put together for us was perfect for the types of buyers we were looking for. Not only that, she knows how to connect with potential purchasers to put them at ease. I think it's because while she is a salesperson, she's really just someone that genuinely wants to help you succeed whether you're a buyer or a seller. Don't get me wrong though - she is actually an amazing salesperson and sold our home for WELL above our expectations. I cannot recommend Alice highly enough.
