Whenever we wanted to ask questions, Amanda was always available to answer them and guide us through the process. I have sold a few houses using different agencies in the past and I would consider Alice to be the perfect example of going above and beyond. I was missing a few things for my house prior to the open home and Alice went out of her way to source them for me which is something I certainly did not expect nor have any real estate agent do for me in the past when selling a house. No problem was too big! Further to that Alice was a wealth of knowledge and more than happy to offer me advice and answer my many questions which was sometimes late into the evening! I was extremely impressed with the exceptional service I got from not only Alice but the entire Professionals team. I will definitely be using them again in the future when selling my house. Mark was fantastic to deal with. He put us back on the right track when we weren’t really sure what we were looking for. He was incredibly patient and In the end we purchased a house that we didn’t know we wanted until he took us to it. We fell in love with it straight away and he didn’t even say “I told you so” when we bought the house.
