We were the remotely located, executors of a deceased estate, selling an unloved home. Shannon has arranged for the removal of significant amounts of rubbish left by the previous tenant; the tidying up of the overgrown section; organising the removal of a stolen motor vehicle that was dumped on the section; repair of a number of windows broken while the house was unoccupied; and was then confronted with a horse that had been tethered on the section.
