Unexpectedly my father passed away and as we live in Australia we thought things could be quite difficult. My wife belongs to a BNI networking group which is worldwide so while we are in Palmerston North she attended a breakfast meeting, she then talked to the Real Estate person that belongs to the networking group ,fortunately for us it was a gentleman by the name of Anthony. Once Anthony knew of your situation he was incredibly compassionate and so helpful ,he started the wheels rolling very quickly. We had several meetings where Anthony suggesting which way we should go about selling the property. His methodology was Exemplary. Anthony communicated with all the trades people we needed to make the house look first class, which made it so easy for us ,as we were back in Australia. His use of the latest technology made it very easy to access and view property information, make an offer, and sign the sale and purchase agreement, all remotely from our cellphones. I have never met Anthony nor anyone from his team but we have had many contacts via phone, email, messenger and Zoom and these communications were clear on time and regular. This supported a high level of mutual understanding and ease of decision making and I’m very pleased with how our relationship has worked out.
