The last half of 2021 was a very stressful time for our family. We were in the process of changing jobs while trying to sell our house and purchase a new one all during the Auckland lockdown so we weren't able to leave home. Dealing with Sandra was amazing and she took a huge amount of stress off our shoulders and went above and beyond what you'd normally expect from a real estate agent. She managed to sort all of the admin involved remotely, and she even offered to help clean the house as we weren't able to do it ourselves. The tenants at the time of sale were extremely happy with the lead time they were given and also had a very good relationship with Sandra during the whole process.
