He marketed the property fairly and accurately, responded to availability for property viewing on multiple occasions & was eager to answer all questions we had throughout the purchase process including allowing direct contact with the seller to clarify specifics about the property. Upon readiness for offer we were keen to make a fair offer first time and do this as a cash offer without conditions pre auction, which James welcomed. James presented our offer well to the seller and upon acceptance all parties had completed a fair, quick and pleasing sales process. We have worked with James 3 times over the last 4 years. This last year has been a challenge with the market being very slow on sections but he never dropped his head once and just worked tirelessly to secure a buyer at the right price.
