Another fantastic result with Genna! We recently sold our show home at auction and are really happy with the outcome. Genna worked incredibly hard throughout the campaign, and the marketing package she put together was outstanding. She showcased the home beautifully and gave us every confidence that we were in great hands. We’re really happy with the price achieved and so grateful for the energy, care and commitment she put into the sale. Having worked with Genna before, it’s wonderful to know we can count on her to go the extra mile every time. Highly recommend!

James and Charlotte make a great team. They know their market and were able to provide data to back it up. They were excellent communicators and kept us in the loop at all times. They were both friendly and approachable. On the day there was only one bidder at the auction, but James was still able to negotiate a sale at a price that was acceptable to us, though a little lower than his original market estimate. Considering that the market was very slow at the time of sale, we were extremely pleased that our house sold so quickly. We would recommend James to anyone wanting to sell their house in the Bream Bay area.

Working with Hayden from Bream Bay for the sale of our property in Ruakaka was a genuinely great experience from start to end. Hayden took the time to work through our options, had patience when the market was slower than we'd like and pushed to bring a sale price that we were happy with. That combination of dependability and patience made a stressful process feel manageable. I'd recommend Hayden without hesitation to anyone buying or selling a home.
