Alena and Dean were just outstanding. They really know what they're doing and they took all the stress out of selling the house. It's great that these two together have different strengths which really pay off when it comes to selling. This has by far been the most painless sale we've made to date and to top it off, we're just blown away with the result we got. I wouldn't list my house in Upper Hutt with anyone but these two.

Dan was recommended to us and right from the start we were impressed with Dan’s approach to the whole selling process. He explained everything clearly and outlined exactly what would happen and when. We felt very confident that he and Zephyr would be doing all they could to introduce buyers, follow up after open homes and eventually get the best sale possible, which did happen beyond our wildest dreams! The photography and video were of excellent quality and undoubtedly contributed a lot in getting buyers interested. The advertising package was very affordable and good value for money. Dan and Zephyr were always available to answer queries and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you!
