Kathryn was excellent. When we initially wanted to check out the market but not necessarily sell, Kathryn was patient and not pushy, advising us of what to do and just keeping in contact. Due to this Kathryn was the person we chose to sell our house when we decided to move. Kathryn was a complete professional, who gave good advice, remained calm and kept us informed throughout.
