The experience of selling our house was far from enjoyable. The first open home coincided with the beginning of Covid-19 lock-down. It took almost four months to complete the sale because the purchaser had a house to sell. All the water pipes of the house had to be replaced because they were found to be the defective Dux Quest type. Despite the difficult situation which was beyond anyone’s control, Kathryn and Tracy had made the selling process bearable. Their patience, communication skill and professionalism are truly commendable.
