The experience of selling our house was far from enjoyable. The first open home coincided with the beginning of Covid-19 lock-down. It took almost four months to complete the sale because the purchaser had a house to sell. All the water pipes of the house had to be replaced because they were found to be the defective Dux Quest type. Despite the difficult situation which was beyond anyone’s control, Kathryn and Tracy had made the selling process bearable. Kathryn provided Excellent service, Very professional, with great knowledge of a wide range of things, including the area, pricing, and Tips and tricks. Was very helpful with assisting with access to for the Stages, and providing good updates and information through the whole process. It defiantly wouldn't be the easiest time with going on the market just before the Level 4 lock down, but continued to market and got a great result after the lock down ended.

Kathryn and Tracy provided a fantastic service from start to finish in trying circumstances.
