Alex went the extra mile (literally) as he had to travel nearly an hour each time he held an open home. He demonstrated stamina through out the selling process as well as every time he went to the property as he had to climb up 50 steps. Alex bought lots of enthusiastic clients to the house who came to view the listing. He closed the sale with a price the surpassed the sale of the previous property.
