We worked with Dean & Alena initially to gain feedback about selling vs. renovating then selling. We received really good advice about the areas our buyer demographic were looking for without over-capitalising in non-value adding changes. Dean & Alena kept in contact over the course of our reno journey in a friendly and open manner and provided ongoing advice and guidance even though we hadn’t formally engaged them in a contract. It was their supportive, positive and engaged nature, without pressure to commit, that proved the deciding factor in us choosing to represent the selling of our home to the market. Throughout the process they always gave us their full attention, kept us up-to-date on interest and viewings and managed the whole process professionally and without fuss.
