Kathryn worked with us for 2 months to sell our property. During that time she was able to source and arrange installation of insulation and a plumber to fix a leaking shower through her contacts, so no extra hassle for us and got us great rates too. Her communication skills were fantastic and she kept us up to date with every open home, market changes and suggestions to tweak our listing to attract our eventual buyer. Once we found our buyer Kathryn was also able to organize a roofer to confirm work required that was found in the builders report. Her list of contacts was unparalleled and saved us so much extra admin. Would definitely use her again 10/10
