Kelly impressed us from our first meeting. She was extremely knowledgeable about the market, however was still realistic about the ever changing dynamics that can accompany the property market. We’ve had great communication from Kelly and she’s been a pleasure to work with.

It has been a pleasure working with Kelly, so helpful and enthusiastic, even after the sale went through she was totally available for any enquiries. Being new to Maungatapere made it a very welcoming experience.

Minda was exceptionally helpful and professional through the whole process - which was very long. Minda was very patient and nothing was a problem. We really appreciated Minda’s support of both party right through the sale.

Kelly is such a lovely person to deal with, especially having to deal from the other side of the world. I knew she could handle it as she had helped my move back to Whangarei, when I needed to buy from the UK at the time... I would defiantly use Kelly IF I were to relocate back to New Zealand.

Honestly on every level our deals with Joy and Ray White have been fabulous we knew if the house didn't sell Joy had done every single thing possible BUT it sold (after only 3 weeks and she brought us conditional offers prior to auction ) with an outstanding result. Her marketing skills were spot honestly we can't say enough just above and beyond in everyway ! We have already recommended Joy to people before the house even sold just through the listings process and marketing. Really happy with Ray White and Joy ! Thank you !
