I would highly recommend that anyone looking to sell or buy a home has a chat with Julian. He is easy to deal with and has a no-nonsense approach - will tell you exactly how it is without being pushy. If you need some honest feedback on how the housing market is moving and what your best options are in relation to selling or buying then call Julian. Unfortunately, good Real Estate Agents are few and far between (most of them are very strange people)... Julian is an exceptionally good Real Estate agent and also an extremely nice guy! I don't suffer fools lightly (and let's be honest most real Estate Agents are fools)... Julian is no fool and he is refreshingly honest (within an industry where extensions of the truth seem to be the norm, not the exception...). I also only give credit where credit is due - my comments and praise are not made lightly. Jayne, Ricky and their team did a superb job marketing and selling our property. They took care of all the admin (including sourcing and managing styling) with great efficiency. Their approach was very consultative, and it was always easy to get in contact. They achieved significant numbers through the open homes, followed up energetically with potential buyers, and ended up negotiating a sale with multiple buyers, despite the depressed state of the market. We'd happily work with Jayne and Ricky again.

Vanessa and her team had excellent communication throughout the marketing and sales process. Regular face to face meetings to review strategies and discuss progress or lack thereof, were beneficial to move the sale process forward. Initial sale price estimates fell well short of the final outcome, but that is most likely due to the nature of the current market. All the advertising, marketing and sales paperwork were very well prepared and the entire sales process was handled with professionalism and efficiency.

Early 2023 Vanessa correctly advised us against selling on the prevailing market. A year later we called her again, and although the market dipped soon after listing, her confidence was justified, and we sold well.
