That's my experience with Kathryn - she made the sale and negotiations simple, she organised everything, from staging to advertising and was always available through the late hours to conclude our sale. Seldom seen from agents is her willingness to co operate with other agents who's clients had expressed interest in our property. All spoke highly of her services and cooperation which to a vendor is top of mind. Her focus was on selling the property for the vendor rather than for personal gain.
