Within 24 hours of contact, Shane (and his associate) had arranged a meeting, finalised a marketing plan, arranged a photographer, connected me with a home stager and cleaner so the first open home happened in a week. Nothing, at any stage, was too much trouble. Shane at all times kept me informed on not only my own home sale but also what was happening in the local market. He was knowledgeable, respectful, good-humoured and provided excellent advice as the strategy had to evolve to meet the slightly difficult market we were working within. It was evident he cared about getting the best outcome for me, not just getting a sale. He was adept at providing helpful advice and good information to guide decision-making.
