Securing our first home was made far easier by Teide’s willingness to help and quick responses. She was able to provide all of the information we requested and made asking questions to the previous owners about the property very easy. We recently sold our property through Shane Coote and couldn't have asked for more from the process. Shane and his team's communication was outstanding from start to finish. We were never left wondering where things stood — every step was clearly explained, and his use of technology and systems throughout the campaign was second to none. It genuinely lifted both the communication side of things and the marketing itself. Before we went to market, Shane suggested a number of renovations to maximise the property's appeal. That advice was spot on and clearly contributed to the end result. On auction day he worked overboard to get us a good price, which in the current market is no small achievement. In my role as a mortgage broker I come across a lot of real estate agents, and over more than 20 years in the industry I've seen the full range of how they operate. Shane is by a long way the best I've dealt with. If you are selling do youself a favour and talk to him.

We had an excellent experience working with Stella throughout the purchase of our first home.
