Communication: from the moment Nikki first knocked on my door,(unsolicited at first!), she displayed a quiet confidence, and, after a week or so(she did not give up on me!), I knew she would be the right agent for me. She listened and answered my every question, respected my point of view, always responding promptly to my phone calls and emails. Market Knowledge: It was clear from the start that Nikki knew the market, and when she suggested marketing in the middle of Winter ( not something I’d ever planned to do!) I knew I could trust her. And, sure enough, the sun shone and the people came! She kept me informed of other sales in the area…very useful.
