My first impressions on meeting Terese were very positive. She was confident, warm and very knowledgeable. I took her advice on all aspects of the marketing and it turned out to be great advice. Even though the house didn’t sell at the auction Terese was confident of getting a buyer before Christmas. She and her team actually had the property sold the following week. Great people to deal with, honest and reliable with their fingers on the pulse of the market. Connie the office EA is excellent at her job and kept be updated almost daily. This was an investment property and I was out of the country for the whole period. The team managed everything for me.. organised the staging, had minor repairs done and kept the lawns and outside tidy. I couldn’t have been happier with my dealings with Terese and partners.

We wouldn't hesitate to use Claire Cassin again to sell our house. Her service was top-notch! She was in touch with us every step of the way, organising the logistics of our open homes, following up with buyers to ensure there was enough interest to bring in the bidders on auction day. She referred potential buyers from other properties and answered any questions we had promptly and succintly. She helped manage the marketing campaign and the ad on various platforms, which we were so thrilled with. She was incredibly pro-active and we wouldn't hesitate to use her again.

We wouldn't hesitate to use Shane Coote again to sell our house. His service was top-notch! Not only did he manage to turn around the sale, with full marketing package and market exposure within 5 weeks from first meeting to a sale on auction day, but he kept us in the loop every step of the way. He made sure we had weekly calls to update us on any potential buyers and feedback of the property and was incredibly pro-active, understanding that it was about attracting the right buyers to our property to ensure a successful sale on auction day. He knew the price we were expecting, in a tough selling market, and pushed as hard as he could to get us a price we were happy with. Our main Agent went on holiday 6 days before the Auction and Hannah took over for the last open homes and the co-ordination of all parties to get our bidders to the table. She kept us up to speed and days prior to Auction she made sure everything was happening. On Auction night she kept us appraised, our house was sold at Auction for a better than expected price.
