We met Alex from the sale of the house behind us. I would talk to him at each open home. About what's happening in the market and general life. I found Alex to be incredible knowledgeable and hard working. We would have a laugh. So that's what I liked. We got him to sell our place and put him to work. With in 3 weeks we were sold. And with a 2 week settlement. So for us we were very happy. He seems to live his work and talking with people. Also being a builder I was able to pick on him about most things in life. For me Brad was exactly the right person to sell my home. His knowledge of my property was extensive. He definitely knew the positives and the little issues. He was an active sales person for my property, keeping me up to date, answering questions both relevant and random. I felt my home never lost momentum in the market and while sometimes the weather definitely didn’t do us any favours we continued to see interest in various forms. This was largely due to Brads commitment to sell at a price that worked for me. Brad also did an extraordinary amount of liaising on my behalf, simple because his building background meant he knew what he was talking about.
