I have known Therese since her earliest days in New Zealand as an agent, as we worked together for much of that time. I have also worked with countless other agents over all the years I was photographing houses. Obviously, some are better than others for many reasons. And it can certainly be said that every area requires a level of local knowledge and marketing comprehension. Our place set local records for open home attendance, which means they got the marketing exactly right. And while auctions are very stressful events, Therese and team came up with more than double the average number of registered bidders.
