He was more than happy to do an appraisal with absolutely no obligation. He was professional and listened to my unique situation, as i believe every seller and buyer i unique . I was unsure and tried a different Avenue, which in never recieved any pressure from Micheal. Circumstances changed and i actual listed with Micheal. Was a good experience, the market was hot and had an offer within the first week. Overall on the sale, with a few curve balls, i found Micheal approachable and felt listened to and was happy with the result.

Hiram was very genuine, with deep knowledge of the Sounds and life there. He was so easy to talk with and had a lovely manner. He was confident but never pushy. He listened well, understood what we wanted and gave us great advice. This all sounds very glowing, and that’s honestly the experience we had. We were very happy with the outcome. Oh and the photos he arranged were simply fantastic - we generated a lot got of online interest. Hiram certainly worked well for us and we happily recommend him to other sellers.
