A hard-working,friendly, supportive team with good follow-up skills, often going beyond the call of duty, eg shifting heavy furniture, setting up garden hoses, etc. The extensive process was nerve-wracking for an oldie but if I had to do it again, this would be the team to call on.

Vicki is one of those people you click with instantly. Nothing was ever too difficult for her and she made selling our house a breeze. She kept our best interests at heart and got an incredible result for us. Over the years, we have worked on and off with Vicki trying to find our next home. She spent countless times with us taking us to open homes, giving us advice, meeting with us outside of normal working hours etc etc. Once we were finally successful in finding our next home, there was absolutely no question in our mind who we would choose to sell our first home. Hiram was great to work with when selling our rental property. He was more than happy to do an appraisal with absolutely no obligation. He was professional and listened to my unique situation, as i believe every seller and buyer i unique . I was unsure and tried a different Avenue, which in never recieved any pressure from Micheal. Circumstances changed and i actual listed with Micheal. Was a good experience, the market was hot and had an offer within the first week. Overall on the sale, with a few curve balls, i found Micheal approachable and felt listened to and was happy with the result.
