We chose Ian Fyffe as our agent to sell our property and we weren't disappointed. Due to the downturn in the market properties have been harder to sell, but Ian persisted. His optimistic, friendly, professional manner combined with his lengthy experience gave us the result we were looking for.

Ian worked hard to bring the sale of our property together. His knowledge of council requirements and legal issues helped to smooth the way with any issues that arose. We felt totally confident that his marketing campaign reached a wide range of buyers. Any interest was quickly followed up and resulted in several verbal offers and finally a successful sale. Many thanks.

From the time we interviewed Jo and Murray prior to putting our property on the market, we were confident in their market knowledge and knew they would be diligent in delivering a successful outcome. We also felt very comfortable that we would be able to work with them and that they would listen to and act on any concerns we had. We would be a team. Although, the sale process took longer than we had anticipated we never once doubted their commitment. They kept us fully informed of all market activity and feedback. They exceeded our expectations in the service they provided. We thoroughly enjoyed working with them and highly recommend them.

Jo and Murray gave us a fabulous introduction to Blenhiem and shared as much local knowledge as they had with us, so they made our hunt for the right property a seamless and extremely enjoyable experience. We can totally recommend them to anyone looking for assistance in buying a property, they certainly went the extra mile.

We recently purchased a property that was listed by Jo Chamberlain. The purchase (and related sale) circumstances were not ordinary, requiring a superior service and level of engagement, communications and effort to conclude the win-win outcome. Jo is a business professional and very personable. We have really enjoyed dealing with her. Given our experience with Jo, I would highly recommend her to both potential sellers and buyers.

What a find! Professional beyond reproach but with extraordinary patience, kindness and a calm approach that made a very complex and stressful real estate transaction much, much. Kept everyone up to date with clear communication throughout. Excellent end result. Can't recommend highly enough.
