He had a solid plan for marketing our property, ( which we were a little hesitant as we’d never sold at auction before) but we were extremely happy with the outcome. He has worked relentlessly and his communication was outstanding, keeping us informed at all times on the progress, (how the open homes went, buyer interest, etc). We were extremely happy with the whole process and believe he achieved the best possible price for our property. Christian will definitely be our agent for any future sales.
