Can't speak highly enough of Christian O'Malley!
We chose to sell our home with Christian after purchasing another one of his listings and this was one of the best decisions that we made. Christian went above and beyond as an Agent - his communication is outstanding and we were never left wondering how buyers were responding. His knowledge of the local market was excellent, he was as passionate (if not more) about selling our house as we were and he has an ability to both problem solve and reassure (which was great as we worked through an old EQC issue. It was our first time selling at auction and he guided us through the process making it easy. His communication was so good that we will miss our daily chats but hope to keep him as a friend - him and his family have an open beers and BBQ invitation whenever they want!

We Chose Christian for not only his sales record but his energy level which he is always on the go and beyond his duties. We were not disappointed with our decision. He had done his homework thoroughly.He gathered all the information relating to the property so when asked by the prospective purchaser,all the information is available at a finger tip.He treated us as though we were his only customer. Always gave us time to consider things properly and not once did we feel rushed in making decision.We feel privileged to have had Christian sell our property and are delighted with the results.

Clear Communicator, Consistent Involvement and high energy for resolution of Complex Issues
Selling with Nienke was a great experience from overseas. Her high energy level and continuous clear, open and honest communication made selling my property with Mike Pero through Nienke an enjoyable experience. My sale was complicated with many moving pieces and at different times and with me overseas, could have been difficult to manage. Nienke handled this in her stride and achieved a great sale price for my property and closure to the deal in time - 5/5 would recommend her to others to sell your property.
