Great communicator
Lisa always kept us up to date with what was happening at the property. Even when one sale fell over she continued relentlessly to find another buyer. Lisa does not know the meaning of giving up.

A very quick and easy sale with Himanshu' s excellent guidance on tidying up the gardens
Himanshu communicated clearly from the get go on what work needed to be done to tidy the property for sale at a realistic price in the current market. My expectations were met thanks to Himanshu's professionalism. His encouragement and positive outlook made the whole process so much better than I expected. I met Himanshu when he had succesfully sold my son's property and I thought there could be no better recommendation.

We had interested buyers even before property was listed
If you are looking to sell your property, I would highly recommend Hitesh. He guided us through the how journey and made it very simple. He explained marketing, nearby sales, set fair expectations and how to present our homes for open homes and private viewing. We had a lot of potential buyers come through since listed with Hitesh. He was very flexible to work with and there was no dumb questions, very helpful.

Cindy Helped Us Find the Right Home When We Needed It Most
We were in a situation where we urgently needed to purchase a property for our children’s school zone and to find a larger home, and Cindy was an incredible help. The house we bought this time is perfect in both price and layout, and Cindy introduced it to us when we had completely missed it in our own search.
