We were looking for an Agent with recent evidence of negotiating and closing the deal. Our research into local Tauranga agents led us to Sharon and Mal and other positive reviews proved to be correct! Sharon understood the true value of our home to the local market and pursued a result that we were delighted with. In particular she sought out possible buyers who were prepared to look past current tensions and stresses in the economy and could see that our home was located in a very stable suburb historically that has seen strong returns for owners over the years. Furthermore, Sharon was always available and if she missed a call, was back in touch within minutes. Sharon and Mal (the quiet achiever) have partnered with Aritzo Real Estate. Kate and her Team were very professional and friendly. We needed to have help as we had never sold a house in New Zealand before. Kate and Ange explained things simply and visited our home, as we are not very Computer savey, as many forms and information had to be arranged remotely. They kept us fully involved thru the whole process, organizing local trades people to look after the lawns as we did not live near by to the house being sold. Dealing with negotiations and keeping a check on the local market when setting the price. We will definitely use Kate and her Team for any future house buying or selling.
