Amanda was an excellent communicator during the whole process of selling our house. She kept us up date with e very step she took during the setting up, and marketing and advertising of our house. This agent was particuarly difficult to contact. It appeared he had little knowledge of this house. The owner showed us through. We contacted her to ask the questions we needed answers to. The only interest he showed was when we emailed to say we wanted to put offer in Also when contract arrived it stated we had been fully informed about the unpermitted deck. We had no knowledge of this at all prior to seeing it on contract.

Kelly responded to my enquiry very quickly, she had been recommended to me by my brother who is looking to sell his property. I had offered on another property so I needed things to move along. I emailed Kelly and she replied with an appointment to see me the next day. From there everything raced along, within the next few days, photo's were taken then it was on the market. Open homes for two weekends, and I had an offer which was wonderful. Having lived here for nearly 18 year's the process was certainly different, no online back then as it is now but it worked very well and Kelly helped me through the process, as I'm of an older generation. I would certainly recommend Kelly if you are wanting to sell.
