On first meeting Kere we were assured she would delivery what we were after. As Arizto was very new to our area we had some concerns as to what they could offer in the face of fierce competition from other agents and real estate brands; we need not have worried. The service was great, we were kept informed. Of most importance to us, Kere acted for us, not as the agent to the buyer’s advantage to get a quick sale as has experienced before. She really went into bat for the realistic price and stuck to her guns. We didn’t get any flamboyant style just a real appraisal of the market and what we could expect. As it turned we exceeded that. We are grateful to Kere for her professionalism and integrity. Would definitely recommend.

When I met Ian Watson from Arizto Real Estate I am really impressed with his expertise in the Northshore property market and a wide range of services offered at a fraction of the cost comparing to any other property agencies. From the first day I signed up the property with Arizto Real Estate every step of the selling process under Ian’s management is so easy and professionally completed to the highest standard there was no need for me to take care of anything but still had the control & oversight anytime I felt I need to be engaged in the process. What really impressed me is Ian’s dedication to his profession and his genuine interest in all the people he came across when selling the house. The marketing outcome is fantastic. Scott gave a us a good understanding of the Arizto selling process. He made the whole journey simple and efficient. We have sold before using the traditional agent/agency model, and private sale ourselves we will never use those models again, this process just makes sense in today's environment. We weren't sure about Arizto - they seemed a bit too good to be true. 20k+ cheaper than the competition?! Yeah right. When we met Rawinia though we could see her passion, her knowledge, her experience and decided to give them a go. The whole company was highly professional, from the app, the photos, the drone video - it was all high quality, happened when they said it would happen and seamless. Rawinia worked really hard, kept in touch, kept us informed, contacted everyone and really made the whole process straightforward and comfortable. I give Arizto and Rawinia my highest recommendation and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Darren was great to deal with throughout the process and was always available when we needed him. He managed to sell our property during a difficult time of year with limited interested parties at open homes. Despite this, we ended up in a multi offer situation which ultimately lead to the sale of the property for a price we were happy with. The buyers proved difficult during the negotiations, but Darren's professionalism and persistence helped guide the conditional offer through to an unconditional one. We would happily use Arizto and Darren again.
