Very easy, stress free journey. All on an app, paperless experience, would certainly recommend. Pip was a true professional from the market appraisal, listing then auction, and halfway through there was a level 4 lockdown. Could not praise her enough for making this stressful time, simple and comfortable experience

After interviewing other agents, we settled on Scott because he was so professional and knowledgeable . He kept us in the loop through the whole process. Then came action day, and what an amazing result. Will use him in the future.

I was thinking I would sell our property myself. However I needed to get a couple of appraisals for price range. Mike presented in a very professional, caring and honest way, there was no pressure and with the fees being so reasonable I decided to offer the property to him. Through this whole process Mike kept us informed. The photos and video were amazing! We have been extremely happy with the set up and it has all been easy. If I sell another property Mike will be hearing from me. Thanks again.

Honest. Helpful with what needs to be done to help you sell your house. Great knowledge. Would highly recommend.

Home owners beware - Artizo are interested only in making a quick sale and getting their flat fee. What price your home sells for, does not matter to them. My sister and I were rushed through signing a false document immediately after our auction, which resulted in us paying thousands in penalty fees to the new owner, a foreign investor. As young home owners trying to sell our home, we dealt with three of their 'agents' - Mike Mattson, Te Rere Cleveland and Rawinia Matthews - and not one of them had our best interests in mind. When we raised our concerns with the company owner, Pernell Callaghan, he offered no support or sympathy and basically told us to drop it. You may pay more fees, going with a reputable agent - but, you will be dealing with a reputable agent. Steer clear of these cowboys.

Genuine, trustworthy, friendly and a true professional is how I would describe Mike Bell. Excellent communication from initial start up right through to feedback from each and everyone through open homes Made the process easy and stress-free and nothing was too much for him. With his efficiency and tenacity, would highly recommend him to anyone selling a house

When my wife and I decided to leave Auckland and come to Christchurch to live and started to look for a house we found Mike Pero had a lot to offer so we contacted them and they got David Brant to look after us. We found him polite, has a good sense of humor and most of all very helpful in finding us the property we wanted. He spent five of the six days we were in Christchurch taking us to houses to view. When we found the house we wanted, it was to be auctioned, so I asked David if he would do the bidding on my behalf and he said he would. I have never met a real estate agent as nice as David and would NEVER HESITATE to recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell. I would give him 10 out of 10 David goes out of his way to help you.

This is the 2nd time we have used Rochelle within a couple of months. Sold my rental & now our own property. Can't believe how well she does selling our places, excellent prices with in a short time frame. Excellent contact, she is easy to talk to and deal with. Bubbly personality. Fees you can't complain about why use another company.

Mike throughout the sale of our property remained professional and dedicated. Despite all the the different options we explored such as moving our house & selling the land, being our house was on industrial land or selling as a normal sale , Mike constantly remained 100% focused in helping us achieve the best possible outcome . His communication & knowledge is excellent! We highly recommend Mike to sell your property to get the best outcome !
