Having Felicity market our property made the process run so smoothly. She was great with communication, very knowledgeable about the local market and took care of everything with ease. Felicity was so easy to talk to and took all of our question and concerns on board confirming for us that we definately chose the right person for the job.

Easy process to list with Wendy. Wendy is very responsive and quick to respond to any queries/concern. She has strong views and her own approach. Able to deal with ambiguity, follow through, and committed to the goal. Sold on the second offer with a higher price than first offer. Good knowledge of the market dynamics and good profiler. The experience is shown through in all steps to the unconditional stage.

I appointed Rawinia as my agent to sell my property as referred by one of my friends. I am very satisfied with the service received from Rawinia. She is very professional, knowledgeable and experienced, has worked very diligently running open homes each week for ten weeks and kept us well-informed. I am very happy with the outcome achieved and will no doubt recommend Rawinia to our friends.

Pip is a first-class agent. Our whole experience was seamless right from initial consultation right through to sale. She happily worked with purchasers when they required pre-settlement access. We didn't have to raise a finger. We can't recommend her highly enough.

Rochelle was absolutely awesome to work with buying/selling throughout the whole process even with lockdown involved. Communication was great & she always kept me right up to date no matter what time day or night. Rochelle also sold my property for way more highly than expected which was the icing on the cake. Pip is a super knowledge, friendly and approachable agent - without the too common "BS factor". From reno suggestions through to an honest appraisal and styling/staging assistance, Pip made everything so easy and stress free for us. Arizto digital approach to real estate is a game changer and Pip truly believes in it - her passion shines! Would highly recommend anyone even considering selling to get in touch with Pip for a chat, and would use her again without hesitation. A+++
