I cannot rate Rawinia high enough as she managed to help me accomplish what I thought was a nightmare to begin with due to my personal circumstances and that too in record time. As an out of town vendor, her contacts helped me in revamping the property inside out within 2 weeks without me having to juggle between the two towns constantly. She is an excellent communicator and stayed in touch during the entire selling process, something I really value and don't like compromising on.
