Felicity made our home selling process a breeze! As first home sellers we had no idea where to start. Felicity was great with communication and really explained everything in detail with us. When she said she would do something, she got it done in a timely manner. We were so please we chose Felicity and Arizto and have raved to all our friends and family that are thinking of selling.

Our old neighbours were selling & purchased their next house that was listed with Arizto/Te Rere over 12 months ago. They were so impressed & also warmed to Te Rere that they enlisted her to sell their existing home! And so, they recommended her to us should we ever decide to sell. Te Rere is such the professional but also genuinely caring and there was never a doubt she had our best interests at top of her list. Was always reassuring during the process & the meltdowns and always contactable! We were not overly confident we would sell our small humble beloved home - within 5 days we were signing on the dotted line! Amazing and totally exceeded our expectations!! This proved her expertise and knowledge of the area and market. We were also very impressed with the quality of the photos & video produced by Lewis - some of the best we’ve seen as listings go. We are forever grateful and would highly recommend & entrust Te Rere & her amazing colleagues to anyone selling or buying. Thanks Te Rere, you made this total experience effortless & stress free and helped us achieve our goal!! 😍

Te Rere was fantastic to deal with in helping us to sell our house! We had wanted to put our house on the market for a long time but just didn't get started. Te Rere had sold our next door neighbours property so we contacted her about putting our house on the market. On contacting Te Rere she made a stressful process during level 3 lockdown feel so much easier and helped us to feel better about the whole situation of selling our house. She kept us well informed and provided good advice. On top of that the marketing and photos were great and we ended up with a sale we were really happy with. I highly recommend Te Rere if you are looking for an agent who really cares.

Nicky was eager to help in any way she could and had the expertise to select and adjust the sales approach to get a great outcome for us. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to find an agent!

I like Arizto because of their fixed-fee policy. Thanks to Scott Franks, we was able to sell the house at the market price even it was during lockdown time. Scott has helped us to save a lot of money on agent and marketing fee. He was excellent at his job. I would recommend him for your next agent.
