We felt heard at each stage of the process, the communication was fabulous and honestly, it felt more like dealing with a friend than a business transaction - whilst still employing the height of professionalism when required. Pip was such a pleasure to deal with. Lines of communication were always open and she kept us up to date with everything that was going on from start to finish, even if it was close to midnight at times!
