If you are looking to buy or sell, get in touch with Kate, you will not get better service elsewhere. From the initial phone call, to us moving in Kate was there to assist in any way shape or form. Goes the extra mile and showed excellent communication all the way through the process. Could not ask for better service than what we received from Kate.

Being an out of town vendor I needed an agent I could trust with all aspects of getting my place ready to market and sell, and that person was the wonderful Kate Lamont. Kate kept me update throughout the whole process of the sale of my property with emails and regular phone calls. This is one agent that went above and beyond to ensure everything went through smoothly. Kate was professional and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Kate to anyone looking to sell their property. Thank you Kate I so appreciate all that you did.

David worked extremely hard over an extended period to deliver a sale a great result. His communication was always timely, keeping us updated at every step. This is the second property David has sold for us and both times we have had our expectations exceeded. I would thoroughly recommend David if you are looking to sell.

Absolutely fabulous to have Veena and Wayne conduct the marketing and ultimately the sale of our property. Nothing was a problem for these two professional helpful agents to navigate a smooth sale. Communication, a highlight of their approach to superb service we received. Truely open, honest and a delight to work with. We always felt involved with every step of the way to conclusion of the property sale. Highly recommend to whoever's is wanting an exceptional team approach to marketing and selling your property.

With the challenging dip in the market right at the point of putting our place up for sale, it took some months to sell. Dave steered us through this period with good market knowledge, insight, positivity and 'grittiness'. It's easy when the market is buoyant for realtors and you often begrudge the little work they need to do in selling. Testament to a good realtor when the going gets tough. Thanks Dave and recommend if you want a realtor that has your back!

Kate was such a fantastic agent to work with, honest, and knowledgeable of the area. Not pushy at all like some agents, and happy to explain and advise. Kate kept me regularly updated throughout the sale and was never too busy to answer my questions. She went above and beyond what is expected of an agent! I would 100% recommend Kate.

Kate was such a pleasure to work with in selling our property, she seems to know what people are suited for which house, we actually took our property off the market and a few months later a call from Kate saying she had buyers who she thought would suit our house, she was right, a couple of days later we accepted an offer we were very pleased with. We would certainly recommend Kate to any prospective seller or buyer she certainly knows her realestate Thanks Kate

I was a buyer looking and looking for my forever home and came across Kate at an open home, I got talking to Kate and she asked what i was looking for, Kate found me my forever home and we are truly grateful. I found Kate to be friendly approachable, knowledgeable and interested in us as people, she has a desire to match you with your home. Kate was very professional and saw the sale through to the very end with a happy seller who had struggled to sell his home and a very happy buyer. I can't speak highly enough of Kate, i would definitely recommend Kate to sell your home or find you the home you are dreaming of 👌 😊 😃
