Had used Arizto previously so a no brainer to list with them. Found Joan to be frank, energetic and have considerable knowledge of region and property. My property sold quickly so I have no hesitation in recommending Joan and Arizto. Graeme Couper Otorohanga

Wayne and Veena took us on our journey of selling our home. From the first phone conversation right through to settlement they were amazing to work with. They were understanding of what we were asking of them and our situation and managed to help sell in record time during what was meant to be a slow market. Very impressed!

Yes the title is true, no exaggeration. This woman is very hard working and easy to get along with but the best thing about selling with Kate is that we could trust her word 100%. Don't look any further - you have found the agent you need. The best thing was her clear and honest knowledge about what buyers are looking for which, when coupled with her advice and help with presenting the house, achieved us a line up of offers and a brilliant end result!

We are incredibly pleased with Electra services for our home purchase. Buying our first home is a big step and difficult choice. Electra was available and understood our needs during the process. After a few months searching on our own. Electra was able to make us visit our future house very quickly after it come into the market. She was able to advise us and give us some insight of what an attractive offer would look like for the seller. All documents and paperwork were done online and paperless from home ( great for introverts like me who like to read all nooks and crooks of a contract) Electra is very competent and friendly. She made us feel confortable and we highly recommend buying with her !

I was impressed by the energy and diligence shown by Vance. It was not a good time for the Housing Market but he remained hard working and positive.I am happy to recommend him to my friends.

Rochelle maintained excellent communication with us when selling our house, and would keep us updated with any changes or updates. Even though English is our second language, Rochelle was very good at explaining things. Thanks for your help :)

Wayne and Veena are easy to deal with, very thorough, and communicated well. Great result from the sale, I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

It was clear from the start the Veena is an experienced agent. A friend of mine from Rotorua had recommended Wayne and Veena after having a positive experience with them. I asked Veena to help me sell two rental properties and she did exactly what I asked in the timeframe I requested. If anyone is in doubt, Veena and Wayne are very good at what they do. Set fee, know the market well, confident in everything they do.

This is my third house sale with Vance. All three have been successful. Vance is always easy to contact and quick to respond/advise. He consistently goes the extra mile for the seller. I would recommend him to anyone selling a house. A further bonus is his pricing of the service which is much lower than the main agencies with no reduction in the service provided

I would highly recommend Raewyn. She worked with me through some challenging times and always acted with discretion, compassion and understanding. She got my property sold quickly and I feel her service was value for money compared with other agencies. I would work with her again, no hesitation.
