Anna spent an hour with us running through the entire process of purchasing a house and answered our many questions with patience and a smile. She has been prompt to reply to messages, super helpful, and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Anna to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

Very happy to have had the Arizto team and especially Victor Lim our agent in the successful sale of our property. Could not fault anything and certainly a breath of fresh air dealing with Victor and his counterparts with the Arizto system that is far quicker and easier than mainstream real estate companies. Well done Victor, and thanks for everything. Highly recommended.

Victor is extremely professional and knowledgeable about the real estate market. It was very easy working with him as a buyer. He was extremely patient with my persistent questions (as a first-home buyer, I had a lot of questions). He always worked with the vendor's interest in mind (which he should do as a professional) but was still professional enough to understand our requirements and reminded us to seek professional help during every step of the process.

Wayne and Veena sold a trust property for a young trustee wanting to move on with life. The property was tenanted and they were sympathetic to the requirements for viewings and open homes. The property sold quite quickly and the outcome was good for our clients and trustees.

Raewyn was a lovely Estate Agent to deal with and always had a proactive update for us regarding our house sale. Raewyn worked very hard, above and beyond her working hours, to find several buyers for our property and then went on to secure the house sale went through without a hitch. Highly recommended. Alan.

At a time when making the decision to sell your property is stressful Electra came in with great market knowledge. prepared a property appraisal and left it with us to make a decision. Timed passed, and we when were comfortable to make the move Electra communicated with us every step of the way, provided full report on each viewing very quickly. We were able to make an informed decision when an offered was presented, with further negations lead to the sale of our property in under 2 weeks.

WOW! What an experience it was to work with Anna as our agent. Anna's communication throughout the process was amazing; she was informative, timely, very knowledgeable and really listened to what we wanted to achieve throughout the campaign. As a highly active agent Anna was also able to use her network to help drive buyers to our property. I'm sure this helped us gain a very pleasing sales price. Also great to work with Arizto. We have used them before - value, results and the technology all make it such an amazing experience. We are not based in Canterbury and the technology made this so efficient and easy even though we are remote. Highly recommend Anna and Arizto. Such a great experience!
