Dave was excellent to deal with during our recent house sale. As we live out of town Dave was amazing in going the extra mile and helping out above and beyond our expectations.
Dave Brant
Dave was really quick to respond to our request to view a house. He was very good at communicating with us and following up with emails and questions. Knew ins and outs about the property and we were very happy with the service.

Very happy with Morgan Cathro, she achieved exactly what she set out to do. Morgan managed to get over 30 potential buyers through the door and we ended up with three offers to choose from all within three weeks of going on the market. We were very happy with the result which was on the higher end of what Morgan advised. She knows the market and was very good at organizing the viewings to get multiple people through at the same time. Communication was easy with quick responses and regular updates. Thank You Morgan.

Plain and simple, Nicky did a great job, with concise and accurate market info without any of the BS you come to expect from some other agencies. The digital platform was easy to use and very simple to see progress. I would happily use Nicky to sell my next home. A happy ending for all.

We first met Kathryn on a long weekend of house hunting and were welcomed in to the open home with a warm smile and a great overview of the home. We had an opportunity to continue interacting as we made an offer. Kathryn was professional in all our interactions and we would recommend her as an agent if you were thinking of buying or selling. It was a pleasure to deal with Kathryn.

I highly recommend Kathryn. It had been 28 years since we last sold a house and she made the whole process seamlessly easy. Thank you very much for your all your support !

We found Taylor to be professional and knowledgeable and went the extra mile to answer prospective buyers issues and queries. We also found Taylor’s assistant to be very into it. Thanks Rosie and Trevor
Taylor Adlam
Taylor was friendly, helpful and honest. She was keen to resolve any issues and answer any questions we had about the property, including one particularly tricky area regarding old council boundary lines. Her communication was always prompt and polite and she was transparent about the process. At no point did we feel pressured into making a decision, which was so important to us after a previous bad experience. We would absolutely recommend Taylor!

Very competent and not afraid to sugest things to help increase our chances of a sale, things that may have escaped our attention. Sometimes a seller may not see the things that an experienced agent might see, so thank you Bren for all your effort, help and patience.
