Pip has made the whole experience so easy. I had been so worried about the process but didn’t need to be at all! Pip has been helpful and accommodating in all aspects! Nothing was too much trouble for Pip and she was accessible on the phone always! We had some issues with LIM information and she had our backs on helping sort this out with council also I can’t rate Pip enough, she is very highly recommended and a great asset to Arizto

Linda was very friendly on first meeting with her. She went above and beyond to help sell our home and always presented herself immaculate when doing open homes for us. We found Linda to be very professional and gave us good feedback from people viewing our home each time. Even after our sale Linda was very kind and offered us a place to stay at hers if we got stuck after our moving out date. We would highly recommend Linda , she's a real gem. Thank you .

Morgan is an excellent agent who went the extra mile for us. I live in Auckland and can always depend on her to do things for me. For example, when needed does inspections, liaises with builders on my behalf, allows tradies into the property, and many other tasks. Also, she managed to bring 2 offers within 3 weeks and got the property sold whereas Raywhite could not do this in 6 months. Due to these reasons I have given her 2 more properties in Rolleston to sell and will also give her more when my properties are ready to go on the market.

Vance worked hard to develop a great relationship with us. He gave us pointers on how to prepare our place for open homes and we often discussed the state of the market as time went on. He was prepared to be flexible with open homes to fit with our lifestyle and schedule. He used the efficiency of the Arizto communications systems to keep us in touch with the statistics of on line viewings etc. He sought feedback from personal viewings and passed this information on to us to help make marketing decisions.
