We have purchased and sold houses a few times now so have experience on both sides of the process. After selling our last house our experience with Scott was as the agent for the house we were trying to purchase. This particular purchase was not your typical one, there were so many complications including CCC issues, deceased estate and body corps. There is absolutely no way this sale would have gone through if it were not for Scott. His communication was incredible, his professionalism was outstanding, His demeanor gave us so much confidence and trust. He was extremely knowledgeable, patent, responsive and nothing was ever a problem. This sale took almost a year and Scott never waivered. The vendors honestly have no idea just how far above and beyond Scott went in order to get this sale through. If it were not for his incredible dedication we would have just moved on to something a little less complicated but how could we when we had someone like Scott working so hard for us and the vendors. If you were selling your house you couldn't have a better agent in your corner. Knowing how hard they look after your potential buyers to get the deal done is what you want. All the way through he stayed loyal to the vendors while holding our trust 100% that he was also staying honest with us, That is all we wanted as a buyer but yet we got so much more. I was a little overwhelmed with the process of selling my first home and am so glad I chose Kate and Aritzo to step me through it.
