Is how Mike was described to us as we were looking for an agent. A bit of an understatement as Mike's service was second to none, he was very knowledgeable and was extremely good at explaining everything to us. We had more questions every time we met or spoke to him and he was always able to field our queries and set our concerns at ease. He was able to follow our instructions with discretion and was always approachable. Even well after the settlement he was very approachable and was happy to act as a go between for us the the purchaser. If you want someone who really knows his business and is a pleasure to work with, then Mike is your man. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
