We were very grateful to have Kara as our agent. Our property is rural, with only a certain type of prospective buyer interested in living so far from Auckland city. Therefore we didn't have people lined up to purchase it, in the same way as we might in an urban area. Kara is a very engaging person, easy to communicate with, and has a very optimistic manner overall. She was professional, dedicated, enthusiastic and reliable at all times. She kept us up to date with feedback from the various open homes and visits to our property. She also gave us useful advice about realistic pricing, and went out of her way to re-present our property at a time when the property market was very sluggish. She was extremely persistent with following up on those who had shown interest, and with those who were following the property on Trade Me.
