The whole process of listing and selling my house went extremely well. It was amazing to have agents who were helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and willing to listen to my ideas. The marketing campaign and online dashboard were amazing. I was delighted at the outcome that was achieved and would recommend Team Alannah & Brendon along with Arizto to other potential vendors.

As a buyer, we had an excellent experience with Electra. She was very responsive and kept us updated throughout every step of the process. The house we bought was fairly priced and the whole transaction was smooth and seamless due to the effort Electra put in.

Anna was awesome to work with. We needed a fast sale of our property and Anna delivered. She advised on what we needed to do to get ready for sale and helped with a plan. Also the fee for selling the house was very fair and felt we got alot for our money. I would sell my next house with Anna without a doubt

From the beginning we found Anna to be attentive and always available to answer questions at any time. Anna has a very good understanding of local market trends and was able to direct us in the most effective manner to sell our property in this changing market. Anna displayed an un-biased position throughout the selling process where she was able to keep both parties interests at the forefront which suggests a great deal of professionalism.

Anna has now sold two properties for me, one within a week of going on the market. Her warm, friendly, accessible approach makes her a delight to deal with. Her communication is outstanding - her phone is always answered, and calls returned within the hour. Anna listens and guides from the basis of her stellar experience, market knowledge and success, but working with her is always a partnership where your views and preferences are respected. Anna is a pleasure to deal with and her integrity shines through. I’ve never known her to fail to deliver or go the extra mile. I could not ask for more and will always make Anna my first and only port of call for property matters.
