We had a fantastic experience buying our home with Trudy. Communication was always excellent. She was incredibly organised and flexible with viewings, and always seemed to be there ready before we arrived. Trudy was knowledgeable about the property and showed us how to obtain the property files from the Arizto website. She was always happy to answer any questions we had whilst also giving us the space and time to properly look around and take everything in ourselves. What really stood out was how much she genuinely cared about the property and the handover process — my mum even drove past one day and saw her out gardening to make sure everything looked tidy before we took over. As soon as our lawyer confirmed we owned the property, she delivered our keys straight away. We really appreciated all the support and guidance along the way and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Both Bev and Jason were amazing when I was buying my house through them. Nothing was ever to much trouble and they were kind and caring. I must have annoyed them multiple times but they were outstanding, they answered every question and were very honest. Amazing people to deal with and would definitely recommend.

If you are looking to sell you will not be disappointed with the power of two! Wayne and Veena brig professional prompt service. I particularly liked the dash board and how easy it was to view documents, people attending open home and the ability to close a deal! Wayne was quick smart to advise where each open home & offer was at and Veena was the hands on open home queen! Commission was a bonus with one set rate and of course the trademe add with no upfront fees. Highly recommend

Ricky was great through the whole selling experience. He gave us a realistic appraisal and worked hard to achieve a price he believed we could get. He was an excellent communicator and kept us informed throughout the process. Ricky was very professional, but also personable and genuine. Arizto had the cheapest fees out of the agencies we engaged for appraisals, but still delivered great service and got the sale done. Would thoroughly recommend Ricky to anyone selling a property.
