Sam advised with accuracy a likely sale price. The market in our area is difficult to say the least. Sam was very professional and used her local knowledge and experience to full extent in marketing. When an offer was received she certainly worked hard to get the price we wanted and was successful in doing so. We have both known Mark for some years, so we didn’t hesitate to ask him to sell our home. We soon found it’s not just putting a sign at the gate , it’s also about contacts ,which Mark has plenty. Mark knows what to do and how to do it. Second day on the Market we had an offer in, 5 days later a Sale. If you can find an Agent to better that then good luck to you.
