Marisha Hes was excellent. Got us the price we wanted - which was $50,000 above RV - and did that in a flat housing market. Marisha has an excellent range of contacts and gave great advice on how to prepare our property for sale. Knows the best house stagers and gardeners. What she doesn't know about real estate isn't worth knowing. If you want someone to give you a whole lot of flashy brochures and recommend a whole lot of expensive additions to your house which won't make any difference to the price you end up getting, go to another company. But if you want someone to get you the best price for your house; and at half the commission most companies charge; then go with Marisha and Arizto!
