Just holla for Waller. Jason and Bev are a very professional team. They both know their strengths and use them to bring their 'A' game to the table. If you're like me and cringe at pushy agents, you'll find none of that with Bev and Jason. Bev has a very skilled and gentle way of working and she gave me space to ponder when I needed it. I felt heard. Sometimes she would introduce into the mix something I hadn't thought of which had a bearing on the situation. Jason has experience in a sector of the building industry, which was an added advantage when prospective buyers asked questions about the construction of the house. A very tricky situation emerged when it was discovered some information was missing from the title. Because of this, I received less money for the property than I would have, as I have indicated below. However, with Bev's guidance, I received more than was first offered by the purchaser after this issue was discovered. I felt I could trust Bev and Jason completely, which is the best thing one could say about those acting on your behalf. I'm very happy with the result they achieved.
